Birmingham’s most desirable workspace will grow in 2018!

The Colmore Building went through a transformation in 2016 turning it into a modern and dynamic workplace. This year, further development on the ground floor is set to boost its desirability as a business hub even more.

Already successfully operating serviced offices on the Mezzanine floor, Orega will be taking on the ground floor later in the year. Half the space will be dedicated to Orega’s style of serviced office space while the other half will be a brand of flexible working that is different to anything we have done before.


The ground floor will expand the building’s on-site &More coffee house to include a new coffee bar serving both the existing café area and Orega’s new reception and co-working space. Adding to the already impressive facilities available at The Colmore Building, the new development will provide a beautiful business lounge space as well as private lockers to make flexible working even easier.

Robin Pugh, real estate director at Orega, said: “With enquiries for flexible office space in Birmingham increasing by more than a third over the last two years, and occupancy levels at The Colmore Building averaging 96% over 2017, we are excited to be increasing our presence at the heart of Birmingham’s Colmore Business District to meet this growing demand.
