Orega to launch new centre in Liverpool

We are delighted to announce we will be opening a new business centre in the North of England this summer. The centre will be our first to launch in Liverpool, situated at 20 Chapel Street, one of the city’s most impressive buildings.

Orega Liverpool will be the third centre to be opened in conjunction with the Landlord, British Airways Pension Trustees Limited (BAPTL). With the successful launch of Orega Canary Wharf in October 2016 and Orega Aberdeen opening in the prestigious Silver Fin Building in September 2017,  we are excited about our flourishing partnership with Landlord BAPTL.

Orega will be transforming 18,000sqft into modern serviced offices, well-designed meeting rooms and professional business lounge. We will occupy part of the first floor and the entire second floor on a 10-year lease at the striking building in the commercial hub of Liverpool city centre.

Zach Douglas, Managing Director of Orega stated: “We are very excited to open our first centre in Liverpool as part of our considerable growth plan in 2017. Orega are looking forward to providing a new, professional working environment to entrepreneurs and businesses in Liverpool with a trusted landlord who is investing heavily in the building.”

Orega Liverpool is scheduled to open in August 2017.
