Exciting news from Bristol, where our new centre is opening very soon! We’ve finalised a deal for a 10-year management agreement with Topland Group to operate over 22,000 sq. ft. of serviced office space in 33 Colston Avenue, Bristol.
This is a fantastic new location for us in an iconic building that has recently undergone a £1.25million refurbishment by Topland group. It offers high-quality, modern offices set behind an impressive Bath stone Art Deco façade, where a grand entrance leads to a bright and airy, professionally managed reception.
We’ve secured the second and third floor, where we’ll be operating over 400 first-class workspaces open for occupation March 2021. The flexible workspace will also include fully equipped meeting rooms, breakout spaces, and an excellent support team on hand for any business needs. Additional amenities include secure on-site parking, bicycle storage and shower facilities.
