We're back in Slough and pleased to announce the acquisition of 21,023 sq ft of office space at The Switch, formerly home to Amazon.
Located alongside many multinational headquarters such as HTC, O2 and Black & Decker, The Switch is exceptionally well-connected to Slough station, Heathrow airport and the M4 motorway; and with the addition of the Crossrail in 2019, it'll be a short commute to London's city centre.
The recently refurbished 'Grade A' office building is sure to impress visitors and employees alike with its striking new entrance canopy, a grand reception area, private lockers, new shower and changing rooms, an on-site refreshment facility as well as bicycle storage space.

The building works to fit out the centre in Orega's style will commence this year and will provide office space for 380 workstations.
